Senior Housing Pórtol, Marratxí, Mallorca
The proposal by Santiago Vives, Tomas Montis, Adrià Clapés consists of implementing a compact building structured around four landscaped courtyards. The site has an archaeological protection. All units and circulation areas have natural light, cross ventilation and excellent connections between interior space and the garden, a clear visual control of room modules.
House in Hoshigaoka: Osaka Home
Designed by Shogo ARATANI Architect & Associates this house is situated in Northeastern part of Osaka, where the surrounding neighborhood is a mature quiet residential quarter. This is a project to design a small house for three adult residents – an elderly couple and their grown up child.

Spread over 18,000 sqft this world class Members Club offers an integrated approach to wellbeing. The project drew on expertise across the sector to develop a world class solution for one of its most prestigious hotels. Located in the heart of London, between Mayfair and Belgravia, the club and spa has sumptuous interiors that reflect the elegant architecture of the grand Regency-period building that houses this landmark hotel.
CORE Modern Homes in Toronto, Leaside
Situated within Toronto’s Leaside neighbourhood, this development occupies a prime site along Eglinton Avenue. Designed by Batay-Csorba Architects with family life in mind, these contemporary residences offer generous living, dining rooms and spacious kitchens intended for cooking activities.
Gateway Buildings, Weald & Downland Living Museum
Design by ABIR architects of a 850sqm visitor centre with gallery, café, retail and community spaces. The transitional gateway design connects the museum to two new clusters of buildings facing a central entrance court.
Oxygen Park, Education City, Doha building
Oxygen Park, designed by AECOM, is inspired by wind-eroded rocks of the desert. The fluid paths and shaded running tracks are embedded in the topography. Team sport pitches, equestrian facilities and recreation areas with soundscapes combine to form an inspiring training ground.

Situated in a fast-developing area of Rogers, Arkansas, USA, this pediatric clinic establishes a strong landmark along South 52nd Street, the main commercial corridor in the area. The south façade forms an identity ‘billboard’, a cayenne form wraps the entire elevation at second level.
