As Europe’s largest urban shopping centre at 1.9 million sqft, Westfield Stratford City will include a dynamic and targeted mixture of over 300 brands anchored by John Lewis, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and a 17-screen Vue cinema, all attracting a 4.1 million catchment population with a £3.24 billion weighted spend.

An innovative fusion of different brands, experiences and formats will grace the three-level curved mall (with M&S and John Lewis at either end) and beautifully designed 24-hour lifestyle street linking the Stratford international and regional stations. Art and culture will be integral to the experience – from the striking architecture of individual retail districts and new retail concepts to cultural collaborations, events and installations that will enhance the next generation of retail space.

Westfield Stratford City is set to transform London’s retail landscape and provides the ultimate opportunity for the world’s most stimulating and interesting brands.

It is a £1.45 billion development comprising 1.9 million sqft of retail and leisure as well as 1.1 million sqft of office space, three hotels and homes. Opening 13 September 2011, Westfield Stratford City is located adjacent to the Olympic Park and will form the prestigious gateway to the Olympic Games in 2012.

This new retail development will be home to around 300 shops, 70 food and beverage offers and will be anchored by a John Lewis department store, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and a 17-screen, all-digital, state-of-the-art Vue cinema. As the next generation of retail development, the new development will create a city within a city.
