Creta House, Labyrinthine Concept Design on Crete
Creta House is a conceptual design taking root in the Labyrinth of the Minotaur, in Crete. It is a residence which buries, folds, and sheaths itself within its landscape. It’s design has a close relation to poetry, resulting in a highly charged series of spaces.
TETRO have created multiple conceptual designs in recent years, displaying compelling visual and theoretical aspects in their work.
THE LABYRINTH.
This is the labyrinth of Crete.
This is the labyrinth of Crete whose center was the Minotaur.
This is the labyrinth of Crete whose center was the Minotaur that Dante imagined as a bull with the head of a man and in whose stone network so many generations were lost.
This is the labyrinth of Crete whose center was the Minotaur, which Dante imagined as a bull with the head of a man and in whose stone network as many generations were lost as Maria Kodama and I were lost.
