Park View Manor is two 45-story towers catering to a burgeoning demographic in South China – a youthful and affluent generation poised with substantial exposure to international travel, culture and experiences.
For this residential development, openly Western design elements and techniques are amalgamated with traditionally Chinese practices and customs.
An ambiance of unparalleled luxury is created in a subdued and restrained manner. Relying on fine detailing and quality finishes, the interiors become an exploration of a new form of Chinese luxury.

The 96,000m2 office development for the state-owned Shenzhen Energy Company is designed to look and feel at home in the cultural, political and business center of Shenzhen, while standing out as a new social and sustainable landmark at the main axis of the city. BIG won the international design competition in the city known as China’s ‘Silicon Valley’ with ARUP and Transsolar in 2009 and started construction in 2012.
