On an elevated plot of 700 sqm, the view of the green and the sea of Praia do Forte, Bahia’s hotspot, become an idyllic contemplation. Built on 700 sqm, the DM House has nature as its precious frame.

In fact, this connection with the landscape is its strong point. But the architecture brings contemporary lines and takes advantage of intelligent solutions to gain protagonism. One of them is the system of wooden breezes, which allows good air circulation in all rooms and contributes aesthetically to the facade.

Among the materials, the natural elements come into play, always present in the language of Architects + Co: the wood and stones selected for the project are timeless and sustainable, of certified origin.

In the furniture, light tones and earthy nuances, in addition to choices that prioritize comfort. The wide ceiling height of the living room is a highlight of the interiors. In the leisure area, there are spaces to enjoy the day at the infinity pool, or, at night, drink wine at the wine cellar.
