Design: JSª. Casa Valna is a single family home in a real estate development in the Santa Fe area in Mexico City. The first determining factor was to give the client a project that would make the most of the built surfaces without sacrificing the program.

Conscious of the architectural quality of the neighbouring Kensington Palace, the external façade will have classical detailing and use bespoke materials.

Presented at the February contract signing for the scheme, Benoy has revealed a green architectural design that melds into the landscape of the site.

Commissioned by the buildings owner, the brief called for a unified interior de-sign throughout the common areas that included an upgrading of the main lobby, foyers, corridors and amenities. To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the founding of the city of Karlsruhe in 2015, a temporary event pavilion will be erected in the city’s Schlosspark. During the festival summer, various concerts, theater performances, readings, film screenings, and exhibitions will be held in the open structure.

A new football stadium for Tripoli: the groundbreaking ceremony for the National Stadium in the new sports park, which was designed by the architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) took place on Wednesday 26 February 2014. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Libyan Prime Minister, Ali Seidan, the German Ambassador, Christian Much, the football legend Franz Beckenbauer and the gmp Project Manager, Hans-Joachim Paap. gmp has been commissioned with the scheme design for the project as well as the detailed design.
