Design: SAOTA, Architects. A four bedroom home for a young family: the design had to encapsulate all qualities of luxury open-plan living but still provide a homely environment. The narrow steep site with tough planning restrictions drove the design.
Design: Roy David Studio. This holiday villa in the romantic landscape of great Tuscany is owned by an Israeli family. The Tel Aviv-based architecture & interior design practice preserved the original structural style of the old stable in the redevelopment.

Design: Ivan Priatman Architecture. This courtyard residence for a young family of 4 in Surabaya is on a rectangular 464 sqm corner lot. It is in a new semi-urban residential development where houses are grouped in clusters and share a party wall with each other.
Design: Bruner/Cott Architects and Planners – Bolton Commons serves as a campus hub, with 1,100 seats plus a convertible, 200-seat private event space. Over a dozen serveries and food prep stations are sited on two floors
Design: SADAR+VUGA, architects with student design team. Building interior renovation designed at a student workshop at Ljubljana’s Faculty of Architecture. The interactive space project used a complex programmatic and spatial reconstruction.
Design: Canny Architecture. Family home custom designed by CA Architecture in leafy suburb: this luxurious residence has 3 bedrooms with ensuite, a study, powder room, sitting room, basement cellar and generous alfresco area.
Design: G.Natkevičius and Partners, architects. The client bought a site where an old yellow brick lodge stood. Cleaning off the plaster revealed ancient bricks. Because of the historical value of this house it was preserved by wrapping it with an outer glass shape.
Design: Weston Williamson architects. Chapter Lewisham, a distinctive ‘boutique’ concept of student accommodation, part of Lewisham Council’s town centre regeneration plan, opened. Using the latest technologies in prefabricated module building it is one of the largest and most creative modern student accommodations.
Design: MoNi Studio, Architects. The living room in such small flat is only area to become a flexible function room. And an Interactive sliding door is only solution to prevent interuption form other side of living room but without sacrificing the quality of the dinning area. The 4 panels of sliding door consist of 20 shutter moudule.

Design: Richard Murphy Architects. Major transformation of an existing building: a new first floor space contains an 80 seat cafe, with panoramic views taking in the 1st tee of the world-famous Old Course, plus a new outdoor dining terrace.
Design: Chapman Taylor, architects. This 480,000 sqm commercial complex comprises a 270,000 sqm shopping centre, two 245m-high office, hotel and apartment towers above a 4-storey podium. The architectural façade designed uses a neoclassical approach.
More photos – a group of students from architecture, design and art universities spent 10 days in a summer workshop. They built 3 floating structures: a shelter, a fireplace and a sauna as a response to the changing environment of the area.
