London regeneration exhibition in building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Roca London Gallery will host a photographic exhibition during the London Festival of Architecture, exploring some of the Capital’s key regeneration projects.
Entitled Regenerating Capital: Healthy growth, healthy city?, the exhibition will look at the impact regeneration has on green spaces, small businesses, local communities and valued buildings.

‘Foster + Partners: the Art of Architecture’
“The Art of Architecture” will be staged at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre from 4th April to 29th June 2014, with Permasteelisa being a major partner of the exhibition.
Following the success in China and Malaysia last year, the exhibition celebrating the historic and most representative projects of Norman Foster’s architecture practice is now open in Bangkok.

Architect: Amyas Connell. Famous Modernist English house. The head of the British School in Rome seems an unlikely person to commission the first Modern house in England. But it was the archaeologist, Professor Bernard Ashmole who, in 1928, asked one of his students, a young New Zealander called Amyas Connell to design his family home. The building design evolved as a Y-shaped plan to optimise views and sun.

Nine storey commercial building design by Jun Sakaguchi Architect – reminiscent of a spine, a vertebral column formed from concrete, each floor as a vertebra. Crowned with a penthouse rising above the 31m height limit but within the set-back line, the building glows like finely cut jewellery.

Architect: MAD. As a recent realization of the concept Shanshui City, Chaoyang Park Plaza has begun construction. It marks another milestone in one of the practices of MAD’s design theory. This project pushes the boundary of the urbanization process in modern cosmopolitan life by creating a dialogue between artificial scenery and natural landscapes.
