This project invites you to enjoy interior spaces that blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment through the dialogue and interaction of volumes, levels, and textures. To highlight the overhead natural light, we chose a palette of dark terracotta tones, providing a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic.

The house rests on a plinth that acts as a transition between the exterior and interior. The play of varying levels allows for an interplay of light and shadow, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. Each space changes in height, offering a distinct spatial experience.

Located on a corner lot, the house unfolds in an “L” shape—closing itself off from the streets while opening the main living areas to the garden.

The design features galleries, accessible terraces, and floating bridges that enrich the spatial experience. The architecture weaves around the trees, carving out voids in the volumes to give them space and foster a harmonious relationship with nature. Each terrace has a specific program: at the entrance, a reflecting pool mirrors the sunshades that surround a tree; at the front, a north-facing vegetable garden connects directly to the kitchen; and on the upper floor, a bridge curves around the main tree and leads to a terrace with panoramic views.
