Design: MVRDV. Before a Korean pop-song became a global success on YouTube for the first time in history, MVRDV was commissioned to redefine a building on Gangnams chic Apgujung Road. The 1980s building was outdated in a street dominated by flagship stores. The transformation, which added an extra level, was completed in just 9 months.

Wilkinson Eyre Architects has completed work on 10 Brock Street, a £116 million commercial development at Regent’s Place, marking the final phase of the 17 year redevelopment of the central London estate by British Land.
The distinctive 16 storey building, which is now fully let and occupies a key site fronting onto the Euston Road, provides 350,000ft² of grade-A office accommodation.

With over 45million practitioners all around the world, the need for a central hub at the originating country was imminent.
