Kyiv Office, Ukraine Work Space: Zotov&Co
Design: Zotov&Co, architects. The main advantage is the separate exit door. Because the freedom is above everything. Сourtyard garden is an additional space for conference room as well as a place for rest. The architects were searching an office for rent, but everywhere interiors were decorated with laminate, wallpaper, plastic, trendy “peach” color. This space was not “spoiled” yet.

Crew Offices and Café Montréal workspace
Design: Henri Cleinge, architect. Located in a bank building on rue St-Jacques, the design includes 12,000 sqft office area, a café and space for freelance workers and the public. Two distinct design challenges were forming boundaries between program functions and the context of a heritage building.

Design: Foster + Partners architects. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new country headquarters for Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S marked the start of construction of the 39,000 sqm company offices.
White Office Building in Tehran
Architects: BNS Studio. The White Office Building is located at one of the busiest street in shahrak-e-gharb, Tehran. The office complex comprises five levels of open office floors and one double height retail store at street level.
Hi-Tech Start-Up Incubator Shanghai
Architects: Schmidt Hammer Lassen. The building is overclad, unifying existing rendered concrete facade with a corrugated and perforated PPC aluminium skin. Shading is provided to every workspace whilst optimising both view and daylight via the perforated aluminium facade.
The Wool Resource Centre Hong Kong
Architects: HASSELL. The Wool Resource Centre includes a library, a showroom and an events space for visitors to develop and enhance their education on wool. There are six separate zones including open-plan workspaces, a meeting room and an auditorium.
MediaCityUK Expansion at Salford Quays building
Design: Chapman Taylor Architects. MediaCityUK to double in size with ten new buildings in a development of over £1 billion: major new offices, BBC production facilities and studios, a hotel, University of Salford building, an energy centre, plus retail and catering facilities.

An interesting concoction, a far cry from the simple podium and tower of Lever House in New York! The tower form widens out at its base into a fluid series of verdant balconies. Below this a golden ‘slab’ floats above a lower, amorphic base that ripples along the street.
