Сourtyard garden is an additional space for conference room as well as a place for rest.
The architects – Zotov&Co – were searching for an office to rent, but everywhere interiors were decorated with laminate, wallpaper, plastic, trendy “peach” color. This space was not “spoiled” yet.
All furniture, equipment, lights were used from the previous office. Only a glass wall is a new construction. As a result – very low value of the construction materials and works.
It is important not to do unnecessary things and actions.
The openness of inside and outside space is crucial for AB “Zotov & Co”.

The architecture was intended to be modern and functional. The interior was supposed to be as neutral as possible, but stylish and attractive. It was important to strike a balance and not go too far in the direction of too pretentious minimalism, to avoid particulars.
