Benoy is proud to announce the opening of the latest real estate flagship to grace western China, Chengdu International Finance Square (Chengdu IFS).
Appointed as the Masterplanner, Architect, Interior and Graphic Designer for Chengdu IFS, Benoy was part of the January grand opening ceremony to showcase the city’s new landmark complex. The major event was overseen by the world’s largest giant panda installation, “I Am Here”, by artist Lawrence Argent – highlighting the significance of the development.

Montrond-les-Bains Leisure Complex

Mixed-use leisure building, containing a 1,000 sqm casino, a restaurant, a 100-seat conference room, bowling, bar, brewery, night club, several multimedia rooms, offices and workshops, parking for 250 cars.
Composed of six blocks containing the different entities of the program and arranged mainly on a single level, this new complex offers a clear and simple internal route through the large glass-roofs taken between these six volumes.

Forest City Enterprises, Inc. and Shanghai-based Greenland Group Co. today announced that they have completed a definiteive agreement for a joint venture to develop Atlantic Yards, a 22-acre residential and commercial real estate project in Brooklyn. The two companies had announced a memorandum of understanding for the joint venture in October.

The joint venture, which is expected to close in 2014, would cover both phase one and phase two of the project – excluding Barclays Center and B2.

Planning permission has been received for Neptune Wharf, a major canal side development adjacent to London’s Olympic Park. Located within Fish Island, this former industrial site will be regenerated to provide 522 homes and over 9,000sqm of non-residential space, including a new primary school and a range of retail and workspace units.

The plans for Tanjung Aru Eco Development were announced by the Chief Minister of Sabah at the Malaysia Day Golden Jubilee celebration on 16 September, emphasising the importance of the scheme to regenerate the area for future generations.
