London art-architecture studio atmos has just opened Dreamscape, a new type of hotel room for a new type of Ice Hotel – the ‘365’ at ICEHOTEL Sweden, which will offer its guests icy escapes all year round.
Interior Design: Chris Webb. Hilton Worldwide is for the first time offering a series of podcasts that will act as audio guides to landmark hotels within its European portfolio.
Design: DNA Barcelona Architects. The aim of this project is to build an iconic building, able to relate with the city, which provides new services and experiences through architecture. The design could be compared to the shape of a ship, angular at its base, considerably higher on the levels above.
Architects: Potiropoulos+Partners. The resort buildings is arranged in the shape of an amphitheatre, with multiple levels in succession, like terraced fields on a hillside. Built in equal courses with intermediate voids, the modules of the rooms and suites create linear arrays reminiscent of drystone walls on a bigger scale.
Design: Yoav Messer Architects. Two historical buildings of Nahmani 23 and 25, in front of King Albert square, are located in the heart of the historical White City of Tel Aviv and are protected as preservation buildings.
Design: QIN Yue-Ming. The Silkgarden Resort and Spa, is located at this pastoral scene, poetically described as “Fairy water falls on earth, and beautiful scenery is looming in the mist.”
This Turkish winery building design by CM Mimarlik includes production and storage sections as well as service programmes such as laboratories and offices. In addition to this there is a 21 room hotel and spa program.
Design: HASSELL, architects. The brief for this building was simple: deliver a contemporary hotel and hospitality destination while preserving an historic landmark in South Melbourne, Australia.

KYSON Architects commissioned to design new Hotel for the Blakes Hotel Group in Shoreditch, within an architectural environment that distils the character of the area’s rapidly evolving urban landscape and creative community.
Design: A31 Architecture. The landscape design takes advantage of site specific features such as microclimatic and topographical conditions as well as the existing vegetation to blend the hotel exterior seamlessly into the surrounding natural setting.
Design: Bates Smart, architects. One of Sydney’s most iconic buildings reimagined, creating a new luxurious hotel. Refurbishment accentuates the best of the original build, adding sophisticated modern touches.
Design: Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects. The Old Clare Hotel was designed as a collection of buildings, linked to each other and woven into the city. The new hotel connects the Carlton United Brewery Administration Building and the County Clare Hotel.
Design Team: Tim Cheng, Hui Ren, Xin Qi. CHAO is a boutique-style hotel situated in the hustling Sanlitun. The design inspiration for the 180 rooms and five different room types is from the “Nest” of animals.
