The conception of Eole – a 67 000 m² building made in four years – preserves and upholds the site’s environmental vocation: buildings operate in accordance with the HQE norms, new structures were built according to the BBC norms.
Design: Arte Charpentier Architectes. Right at Paris’ doorstep, the Evergreen Campus hosts the Crédit Agricole’s head office. Multiple corporate entities share this space; the entire campus revolves around a central park that acts as its green lung.

Design: rh+ architecture. The project site is atypical for Paris: it is a very large unit, made up of 3 parcels, and rather narrow. The central plot was occupied by a small 17th Century house.
Design: Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes. Reconstruction and extension of the sport centre within the context of tramway line T3 reinforcement and the new maintenance centre for the RATP (transport service Ile de France).
Design: DVVD architecture. A linking structure on the Boulevard Périphérique between Paris and Aubervilliers, the Claude Bernard overpass, which bears the distinctive stamp of the DVVD architecture, design and engineering agency, has been in service since 2nd October 2015.

Design: AZC, architects. This project provides sheltered housing for frail, elderly residents with a variety of disabilities. The building comprises individual studio apartments, communal areas and medical consultation rooms for residents and out-patients.
