Architects: The Buchan Group. Construction of two new buildings in Stage two of The Landing have recently been completed at the new retail and mixed-use centre in Christchurch’s Wigram Skies community.
Architects: The Buchan Group. Transformation of The Hub begun in late 2012 after a land swap with the Christchurch City Council enabled the realignment of Chalmers Street and an increase of the centre footprint to 25,000 sqm.

Design: Dorrington Atcheson Architects. Taking its design cues from the utilitarian forms of a tent and a shed, this Titirangi home for an extended family is a duo of compact buildings that uses a humble set of materials to allow the landscape its rightful place in the scheme.
Design: MRTN Architects. Situated in a new development less than an hour from Auckland this new house was one of the first built on a flat site that has been split up to create well sized semi-suburban semi-coastal sections on what was once rural land.
Design: Strachan Group Architects. On a tight, compact urban site, close to Takapuna Beach in Auckland, New Zealand, the three- stepped gables of these black ‘boatsheds’ appropriately reference boating and beach life.
