Design: JSª. The complex has 102 apartments, of about 2,700-2,960 sq ft (duplex and simplex), in four towers, with different distribution layouts with a total area of 305,360 sq ft. Inside the complex there are two swim clubs with three pools each, one pool for free swim, one for training, and one for kids.

In a privileged site occupied by an old and obsolete house, we face a dilemma: renovate or demolish such house in order to make way for a new residential project . In conjunction with the client we decide to go for the latter alternative and go ahead with the demolition, adjusting the topography according to the new scheme, which will seek to benefit from the wonderful city views.

A two storey commercial block with a single level of speculative office space at the back. On top of the large basement that these two elements represent and their respective underground parking area, are two dark grey towers of monolithic appearance.
