Design: SVMSTUDIO. With difficult overlooking constraints due to the position of the property on the slope we decided to create an intimate home filled with light and space and a strong relationship with the sky by means of three voids organised along the diagonal of the property.
Design: MODO. The new living area is now nestled between the rear garden and the new courtyard, creating an architecture that now physically embeds the clients in between the garden, where previously they were only next to it.
Architects: GRIMSHAW. Located above the rail lines of Southern Cross Station this building is the new Victorian office of AGL Energy Limited. The air-rights site offers an exceptional workplace environment for 1500 employees.
