The distinctive 16 storey building, which is now fully let and occupies a key site fronting onto the Euston Road, provides 350,000ft² of grade-A office accommodation.

The judges praised its “beautiful curves and delicate stairs” and called it a remarkable, ingenious jewel.

Indeed, this is an excellent, creative piece of work, using the warmth and suppleness of wood to make a delightful interior.
