Design: SO? Architecture and Ideas. Interactive suspended garden in Ortaköy Square, one of the most touristic spaces in Istanbul. Putting a garden on the ground in such a congested area would reduce the walkable surface and make the square even more dense.
Architects: RSG Interior Design. Reflecting the prestige of the luxury real estate property, rising in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul and inspired from nature within its details of design; the Sales Office Yedi Mavi is now completed.
Design: BFTA Mimarlik, architects. Located in Pendik, a rapidly-growing business district on the Asian side of Istanbul, this 60m tall tower building is on the edge of the oldest highway of the city, with 77 offices on 20 floors.
Design: Aecom with Pininfarina. Groundbreaking for winner of the 2016 International Architecture Award, a 90-m-tall tulip-shaped tower at what will be the world’s largest airport ‘built from scratch’.
Tabanlıoğlu Architects, known for producing internationally relevant, contemporary architecture across the world has embarked on the restoration works of one of Istanbul’s most prominent libraries; Beyazıt Public Library with its rare books and manuscript collection.
Design: HPP International Turkey. Four years after opening their Istanbul office, HPP have completed their first major project in Turkey. The 26-storey office tower has been succinctly named “AND” after the client, the multinational Anadolu Group.
Design: Chapman Taylor. The vast scheme was launched at MIPIM 2016: set along the Marmara Sea with a new community built along the Istanbul Kazlicesme coastal road, it promises to be a highly sought after new residential quarter.
Architects RMJM Istanbul has been shortlisted in a global competition to design the iconic 95m high Airport Traffic Control (ATC) Tower of Istanbul New Airport, due to open in 2018.
Design: GAD. The refurbishment of the Besiktas Fish Market is not a design and realization process that was prosecuted in an accustomed manner. It is not intended to be carried through to an incomputable state.
