Design: MVRDV with Mole Architects. The Barn is 30 m long, with a 15 m cantilever over a slope, plunging the house headlong into nature. Living Architecture – devoted to the experience of modern architecture – commissioned MVRDV in 2008. The Barn is now available for holiday rentals.
Design: Strom Architects. A house in the New Forest, designed as a two-storey replacement for a 1930s bungalow. The site sits amongst fields and woodland just outside the National Park, with a heavily-treed and well-established garden.

Landscape architects OOBE, who operate from offices in London and Newcastle upon Tyne, has won a three-year commission from Cranfield University in Bedfordshire and have incorporated Dr Nigel Dunnett onto its project team.

Design: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. Built in 1877, Kingston Prison is a prime example of the ‘panopticon’ radial prison design that found favour in the late 19th century. The idea was that prisoners, housed in radiating cells, could be observed from a central rotunda.
Design: Cullinan Studio architects. Holy Cross primary school is a two-form, single-storey school which was manufactured offsite, taking only three weeks to erect and 43 weeks to complete thanks to the fast build time afforded by offsite construction and timber systems.
