Institution of Structural Engineers’ 2017 Gold Medal news
Jo da Silva of Arup, awarded The Institution of Structural Engineers’ 2017 Gold Medal. The prize recognises the outstanding leadership she has provided as both a structural and humanitarian engineer. She co-ordinated over 100 humanitarian agencies to provide transitional shelter in Sri Lanka after the Indian Ocean Tsunami.
