Design: Caramel Architekten. Intimacy and retreat crated in this luxury property: a concrete ground floor and a light wood construction on the first floor. Vertical battens on the facade are made of impregnated grey fir wood.

Design: Marte.Marte Architekten. Four different building parts around the central fuel station and three salt silos, simple and elegant blocks, are arranged around a courtyard. A single continuous eaves line connects all the parts of the building.

The new building for the power station control centre in Silz is a massive, tower-like, free-standing building. The dominant building on the site was and still remains the old turbine building.
Design: Pichler & Traupmann Architekten. Over the existing level, which lies below the top of the historical fortified wall, a new plateau is constructed. It is clearly separated from the town wall by a distinct joint.

An uncluttered appearance was particularly important for the additional storage areas required. The latter found a home in spaces with a contrasting and completely different design to that of the box.

In the course of the revitalisation of the former Werzer cinema in Pörtschach, which was designed by the well-known “Wörthersee-Architect” Franz Baumgartner in 1930, parts of the roof truss were raised to make room for a spacious penthouse.
