IN / OUT Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris, France, design by Agence Jouin Manku: the Client decided to restructure the original building, aiming for it to become a benchmark in the tertiary sector, focusing on innovation as well as on wellbeing at work. It is this ambitious decision that gave birth to the major IN/OUT project.

The history of the world’s tallest skyscrapers. Emporis, international provider of building data, looks back over more than 100 years of skyscraper history and presents towers that have been entitled to proudly bear the title of “World’s Tallest Building”. Two pioneering inventions from the second half of the 19th century, steel-frame construction and the elevator, set the path to construction of the world’s first skyscraper. The combination of the two was first used in 1908 in the Singer Building in New York City, USA.

Hanjie Wanda Square is a new luxury shopping plaza located in the Wuhan Central Culture Centre, one of the most important areas of Wuhan City in China. The shopping plaza houses international brand stores, world-class boutiques, catering outlets and cinemas.

Out in the Indian Ocean, protecting the Indonesian coastline from Tsunamis sits the design for an electric artificial reef station. The framework of moveable steel girders and steel reef ball structures is designed in a way to support the growth of natural coral.

The building is owned by Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (Grosvenor), which was assisted with its planning application by architects TateHindle.
