Henderson Global Investors’ c. £12.7 billion Property Business has secured a resolution to grant planning permission from the City of London for its scheme at 40 Leadenhall Street.
Design: Bruce Stafford Architects. This family home is the result of an extensive renovation to a modest but elevated harbour-facing property. The project involved working with a significant proportion of the existing fabric, resulting in the need for a carefully resolved internal layout.
Design: Populous. Located on a 12 acre site on the Andersonstown Road in the west of Belfast, Casement Park is one of the largest stadia in Ulster (at 32,500 seat capacity), hosting Gaelic football and hurling matches. The stadium will be redeveloped into a 38,000 all-seated venue, which will become the largest stadium in Ulster and a regional flagship for Ulster GAA.

The Collective Old Oak designed by PLP Architecture has received planning approval four months following the studio’s appointment by The Collective to redevelop a derelict 1970s office building to create student and mixed-use accommodation for the local community at Old Oak Lane in Ealing.

The Birthplace of the world celebrated star of English Musical Comedy, Beatrice Lillie known as Lady Peel, is over a century old, located in downtown Toronto, is now rejuvenated and playing a new character. With respect for the actress who once lived there, the house inherits a talent: playing a new role while living in the same skin.

Design: Bruce Stafford Architects. This dramatic renovation centres around a spacious internal courtyard defined by natural rock face and lush vegetation. Large sliding glass doors in the main living area enable a seamless flow between inside and outside. The living areas also have the added benefit of glazing on the north façade which opens up the house to the view.
