Design: Sheppard Robson. Galliard Homes, in association with AFC Wimbledon Football Club, has received detailed planning consent from Merton Council for a new multi-million mixed use sports stadium led project on a 14 acre brownfield land site located off Plough Lane in Wimbledon.
Design: Squire and Partners. Occupying an area of the school grounds once home to an ad hoc collection of sheds, this new Design Technology block accommodates 20 students and 2 teaching staff.
Architects: Mikou Design Studio. Aquazena Pool features a fluid design both on plan and in the form of openings: windows and skylights have rounded corners. The solarium on the roof is described as a ‘fifth facade’.
Design: Berman Guedes Stratton, Architects. This design provides 1,130sqm of fluid, sophisticated space with the ambience of a global HQ plus two 100-seat lecture theatres, IT centre, reception and various meeting rooms.
Design: David Chipperfield Architects. Proposal to refurbish a 19th-century brewery in Berlin, adding new buildings to house a gallery, restaurants and a medical innovation centre.
