Design: Richard Murphy Architects. Major transformation of an existing building: a new first floor space contains an 80 seat cafe, with panoramic views taking in the 1st tee of the world-famous Old Course, plus a new outdoor dining terrace.
Architects: Erdil Construction. The main ambition with the Ma Vie La Villa was to make as much use of the site as possible promoting the use of a variety of outdoor spaces that can be used in most weather conditions.
Design: Chapman Taylor, architects. This 480,000 sqm commercial complex comprises a 270,000 sqm shopping centre, two 245m-high office, hotel and apartment towers above a 4-storey podium. The architectural façade designed uses a neoclassical approach.

Design: Barkow Leibinger architects. New 3000sqm headquarters building with offices and exhibition areas. Gleaming laser-cut stainless steel fins cover the façades in a soft gradient.

Design: LSA Architects. A residence with light-filled and spacious internal spaces, which maintain strong connections to the exterior of the building and the home’s multiple courtyards.
Design: Zotov&Co, architects. The main advantage is the separate exit door. Because the freedom is above everything. Сourtyard garden is an additional space for conference room as well as a place for rest. The architects were searching an office for rent, but everywhere interiors were decorated with laminate, wallpaper, plastic, trendy “peach” color. This space was not “spoiled” yet.
Design: Joseph Grima/Space Caviar. Arcipelago di Ocno, a new aquatic installation on the Italian Capital of Culture 2016 waterfront by this Genoa-based architectural studio. The outline evokes the lotus.
