Design: Elías Rizo Arquitectos. The client wanted to build a weekend house in the clearing of a forest. The project assumed unusual requirements in terms of privacy that allowed a more open relationship between spaces and the environment.
Design: Johnsen Schmaling Architects. Private residence in a postwar suburb on Milwaukee’s north shore, its volume carefully embedded in the gently sloping contours and embraced by mature trees.
Design: Beebe Skidmore Architects – an adaptive re-use plus seismic upgrade of the original Rose City Awning factory, to create a company headquarters for Swift, a fast-growing 160-person digital media agency.

The project is located in Hemingzhou Hotspring Resort & Spa, which is far away from the hustle and bustle in cities. The developer targets at building an ideal resort for ecological recuperating and refining one’s mind and body.
Construction on Thomas Heatherwick’s landmark starts at Hudson Yards. The 150-foot-tall polished steel pavilion comprises 154 interconnecting flights of stairs. Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the US.
