The mixed-use development by WATG that will be the Minor + Stewart Towers in Seattle, Washington, USA totalling nearly 950,000 sqft, resides at the intersection of an up-and-coming neighborhood and an established downtown core.

Throughout its history, the site has experienced a varied mix of uses including industrial, civic, retail and residential. Small dwellings, a logging mill, fire station and a dyeworks factory have all inhabited the prominent site at one time or another.
The project is grounded in the idea of ‘connection’ to the overall city of Seattle, within the specific edges of a unique, history-rich site.
Two towers, 440 feet tall, with roughly 400 residential units each, are set atop a mixed-use podium containing retail, co-working, residential and shared amenity spaces.
As the towers rise, they rotate and adjust to the ever-changing city context, while 30 foot cantilevers allow both buildings to provide unique, open air, amenity decks and views of the city for residents seeking authentic, tangible experiences.
Retail and restaurant spaces open to the active streets while roof terraces provide covered, green spaces throughout the vertical community, connecting the towers, tenants and surrounding city.
