The building form by Zhenfei Wang was inspired by nature. It tries to maximise views of the mountains and the lake, getting people close to the water and nature. Painting of all four chimneys now complete, earlier than expected. the Grade II* Listed building was designed by Giles Gilbert Scott and completed in 1939. The chimneys had been painstakingly dismantled and rebuilt.
