Homes for Scotland has announced the shortlist for Scotland’s premier industry awards as the organisation prepares for its largest ever celebration of the sector’s achievements.

Design: I Like Design Studio. The brief for the project was to enlarge school building by transforming the formerly playground and yard. The new building has 7 classrooms, bathroom, recreational area, faculty room, lunch area and playground.
First Place awarded to Yitan Sun and Jianshi Wu from the United States for the project ‘New York Horizon’. The design proposes a continuous horizontal skyscraper around the full perimeter of a sunken Central Park in Manhattan, creating 7 square miles of housing.
