John Portman & Associates is happy to announce a first-place finish in the international design competition held by Shenzhen Prince Bay Shang Long Real Estate Co., LTD for the architectural and engineering design of Prince Bay in Shenzhen.
CRISP was born from the owner’s strong will to open a barbershop unlike all others. It was IVYSTUDIO’s job to create a unique experience in a minimalistic environment that put the spotlight on the barbers, without compromising on the spaces functionality.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects the tower offers broad views across Milan, the twist orientates the tower’s higher floors to the primary southeast axis leading to Bramante’s 15th Century tribune of Santa Maria della Grazie, and beyond to the centre of the city.
