Shard Place, the highly anticipated development from the team behind The Shard, has reached practical completion, marking a major construction milestone for the 27-storey glass building. Set to welcome its first residents from June, each of the homes, which range in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments, are furnished by multidisciplinary design studio State of Craft. Ranging from 425 sq. ft. to 1,486 sq. ft, each residence is designed to foster connection to the surrounding outdoor urban landscape, with key features that include floor to ceiling windows, triple aspect views of the capital, naturally ventilated winter gardens, and curated artworks by Richeldis Fine Art.
