23 Savile Row is an outstanding new 100,000 sq ft office building located in Mayfair. It has virtually column-free floors that are typically 16,500 sq ft with floor to ceiling glazed façades on three sides.
It is the only new building providing floor plates of this size in Mayfair or St. James’s and will be for a considerable time to come.
The building has been designed and constructed without compromise. It represents a new standard for offices in the West End and has received numerous prestigious awards, including West End Development of the Year at the Office Development Awards 2009.
