Your Entry Requirements

Please see the requirements below for submitting your entry/ies to the ABB LEAF Awards 2017, for each category you have entered please submit a PDF, please see the requirements below (please check and write all with the correct spelling, we will not be able to edit any mistakes after we received the pdf)
1. Project name
2. Name of the Main Entrant/s (Architects, Designer, Developers). This will be the name to be appeared on the final presentation
3. Name of the Developer (Company Name)
4. Name of the client (or confidential)
5. Category Name (please specify if the project is under construction – drawing board – future – completed for all categories with this option)
6. Please submit your entry as one pdf with images and text in two separate pages (below 4MB). Please keep to the format detailed below. The text should follow the images included in your pdf presentation and describe how your entry meets the requirements of the category in no more than the permitted word count and images.
7. Name of the photographer if the images in the PDF need to be credited (optional)
Notes for PDF Format requirements for all submissions – read this for all category entries

Please ensure that every pdf page follow the bullet points below:
• Must specify category you are entering, please see the categories here: www.arena-international.com/leafawards/awards-categories
• The name of your project and the location
• Max 400 words for the text
• A maximum of 6 images of your project
• The language must be in English
• The PDF page layout must be designed in landscape format
Judges have asked for the following project data to be supplied separately, this can be provided in the email text:
• Project, client name and company name
• The size of the project (in square feet/metres)
• The cost
• The start and completion dates
• Any special characteristics of the site/materials used in the project
