Architects Chapman Taylor’s new 220 bedroom Holiday Inn Express, built off-site from purpose built steel shipping containers, has been completed at Manchester’s Trafford City.
Design by Purcell improves the site’s functional layout, as well as provide new orientation, exhibition and learning spaces. To cater for increasing visitor numbers, the building has been re-organised and its complex spatial relationships altered.
