Architect: Chen + Suchart Studio. Located in a neighborhood in Tempe, mostly concisting of buildings from the 1950s, the Sosnowski Residence takes the form of a courtyard house defined by three gray CMU walls at the main level and an exposed truss at the upper level that characterizes the project.

Architect: Chen + Suchart Studio. The Dillon Residence is a courtyard house in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. It is a remodel and addition to an existing home situated in a 1950’s and 1960’s neighborhood dominated by one-acre equestrian properties
Architect: Sarah Waller Design, Architecture + Interior. A limited palette and clean lines define the minimalist kitchen which is both functional and strikingly sculptural. Generous kitchen islands break up the open plan layout and reflect the linear monochrome feel throughout.
Design: LAAV Architects. A swimming pool is positioned in the middle of the house, creating a concrete shape cut in half by a transparent zone. The upper floor of the house constitutes the “night zone”, a space dedicated to sleep and relaxation.

On the roof of the villa is a rimless infinity pool, blending with the seascape and the sky, giving an illusion inspired by the optical phenomenon of “mirage”.
Design: JM Architecture. Custom-designed prefabricated wood structure, built and furnished in only 6 months. Energy-saving high standards have been applied to the shell to guarantee maximum comfort and almost zero costs throughout the four seasons.
Design: iarchitects. The intervention converted the space of the residency, a seventies building distinguished by a complex geometry in a new two levels house, flood with natural light and open to the surrounding hills.
Architects: Modscape. This house makes the most of space in a humble and understated layout, being respectful of the original design. The new home adheres to a similar footprint, incorporating existing elements including the sandstone footings.
