Benoy’s design for the new China International Travel Service (CITS) Sanya Eyot scheme in Hainan is progressing with the latest designs being released this month
Design: Madeleine Blanchfield Architects. Villa Savu Savu was constructed by locals using traditional Fijian materials and techniques. The roofs are made from locally sourced timbers bound together at steep angles.
Architects: VITTI Sthapati Brindo Ltd. This Resort is the essence of traditional village design with its formation along the slope of the hills. Trees shape the setting of the cottages, thereby leaving the surrounding nature and contour site remain untouched.
Design: Kamvari Architects. Working with traditional forms together with the dynamic nature of the railway the building forms seek to express the speed of the train against the stillness of the stations. Creating a timeless and calm interior that will reflect local traditions and values.

Luxury apartments, penthouses and villas directly overlooking the marina and featuring walk-out access to private berths welcoming seafarers, residents and visitors.
Design: QIN Yue-Ming. The Silkgarden Resort and Spa, is located at this pastoral scene, poetically described as “Fairy water falls on earth, and beautiful scenery is looming in the mist.”

Design: RYRA Studio, architects. Shemshak is the second largest ski area in Iran, about 55 minutes drive from Tehran. This project on a mountain was a demonstration one to investigate the interface between nature and architecture.
Design: [i]da arquitectos. Located on the Alentejo Coast, the Monte Novo da Cruz is a rural property with about 10 ha strongly characterized by a gently undulating land with slopes sometimes relevant.
Design: Deture Culsign, Architecture+Interiors. Take a walk on the one-mile beach of this 12-key 200 acre eco-resort, and you might see an elliptical shaped bamboo wrapped platform balanced between the canopy of palms above and the green shrubbery below.
