Design: Madeleine Blanchfield Architects. The clients required a new home in a heritage conservation area in Sydney’s East. The challenge then lay in concealing a large and contemporary two storey home behind part of a single storey federation frontage.
Design: Six Degrees Architects. This project explores a new model of medium density housing that utilises disused, contaminated land for public and private use. The site (a former tip) is remediated, and developed into a new public park with ten generous town houses at its rear.

Design: Klopf Architecture – the previous owner of this 1960s San Mateo County modern home covered over the walls of glass with plywood and installed a massive awning at the rear of the house, blocking out most light and connection with the outdoors.
Design: Alexandra Buchanan Architecture. This residential project at Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast transforms a dated, single storey brick spec-home into a light-filled, contemporary family beach house.
PD House in Los Arrayanes Club, in Puembo, design by Gabriel Rivera Arquitecto, is a composition of habitable walls and volumes, which gathered under the light, create architecture.
Design: Gabriel Rivera Arquitecto. The Puerto Cayo House, is a project where time passes slowly and life is enjoyed at its best. A place that invites us to meet again with our essence and leads us to understand that we are part of a whole, part of nature, part of the universe.

The land on which it fits, of very small size, is located between a vineyard shed in operation to the West, the parking of a neighbour to the East, surrounded by their access road, a main street to the south.
Architect: Robbie Walker. The owners of this property spent about a year and half using the attic as their bedroom. They had to go up and down a ladder five times a night to a newborn baby. So, they decided to add a master bedroom pod for a very, very deserving mum.
Design: Open Studio Pty Ltd Architecture. The clients’ brief was clear and simple: a semi-permanent residence – something more than a weekender – for a couple, their dog and sporadic visitors.
Design by Leven Betts Studio, Architects. A bathing house located in Catskills, NY. The residence is designed around the experiences of bathing and fire. Bathing occurs along one side of the building in the forms of a sunken Japanese Riokan, a wood soaking tub, a steam room and shower.
Design: NatureHumaine, Architects. A couple with two young children wishes to renovate a row house dating back to the 1970s. Being part of a set of rowhouses designed uniformly, no changes were brought to the exterior appearance of the house.
