The home design by Corben Architects response to this building capitalizes on this aspect and incorporates largely glazed facades on 3 sides while the fourth side is opaque and contains the service and utility areas.

After years living in China and Switzerland, the owners of this home decided to settle in Londrina. This Brazilian and Portuguese / Swiss couple wanted to provide a quiet, tranquil home, in which to raise their two children, away from busy urban centers.
Architects: SPA Design. The APathy House is for an art collector, and was designed as a place for calm and meditation. On a square plot of 30m x 30m, the house is a roughly a square of 20m x 20m that occupies the centre of the site.
