Planning approval for scheme by architects Gort Scott for St Hilda’s College, Oxford. The concept design features a slender tower, rooftop gardens with wild-flower planting, and a riverside pavilion. Other finalists in the architecture competition were 6a architects, DRDH Architects, Hall McKnight and Tim Ronalds Architects.
