Inaugural CTBUH Urban Habitat Award Winner: The Interlace, Singapore
The Interlace, a residential tall building project has won this inaugural award from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The Interlace is a 1,040-unit apartment complex consisting of 31 apartment blocks, each 6 stories tall and 70 m long, stacked in hexagonal arrangements.

At the annual RIAS Awards Dinner in Glasgow last night, Margaret Richards FRIAS was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS). The Incorporation’s Lifetime Achievement Award is given to those architects who, in the view of the Council of the RIAS, have made an outstanding contribution to architecture in Scotland.
