The multi-functional community house design by 1+1>2 International Architecture JSC was created in this context. It has good Feng Shui, leans on mountains, avoids storms, flash floods and faces towards the valley.

In the proposed design, a 79-story tower known as PetroVietnam Tower will contain the company’s headquarters and a luxury hotel. This building will be the centerpiece of the development and the city’s tallest building.
