Naman Residences project locates on the famous Non Nuoc Beach in Danang Vietnam. The Project contains 40 Villas which is categorized into for type of A, B, C, D. We would like to introduce the architecture and interior of Naman Residences – Naman Residences – C type – Garden Villa.

Building Development in Danang design by MIA Design Studio
The project is located on the beach but lack of view and direct vision to the sea, together with high density master plan. It’s our mission to design a typical that overcomes those difficulties. Not only us figuring out the situation but our client also wondering on how to immerge the beach feeling and luxury living into those villas.
Not too complicated, the design approaches the most basic theory of space: create the voids. Splitting those villas function into 2 separate spaces: one for more quite, relaxing pond, opening view to the horizon of the beach; one for more functional, multipurpose with terraces and landscapes.
Bedrooms are put on the upper block for more privacy, oriented to the sea. Open kitchen and living room stick to the ground, connected to the landscape with outdoor BBQ and swimming pool. Moreover, we put waterscape into the rooftop of the lower block in order to cool down the whole building and improve the rooftop landscape aesthetically.
Together with the beachfront villa (type A), the materials used in constructing those garden villas are local materials to reduce the transporting fee and save the budget of Naman Residences Villa. The design of the house is simple and sleek, so the cost for construction is not so high. The house is constructing with Hurricane protected structure but still remain natural ventilation.
