Richard Meier & Partners new project in Mexico City. The new Reforma Towers will become a dynamic mixed-use development composed of two towers with offices, a hotel, retail space, restaurants and a fitness center. Sitting boldly along this Boulevard, the proposed development is a mixed-use building complex developed with Diametro Arquitectos.

Design: GLR arquitectos – Gilberto L. Rodríguez. In a privileged site occupied by an old and obsolete house, we face a dilemma: renovate or demolish such house in order to make way for a new residential project . In conjunction with the client we decide to go for the latter alternative and go ahead with the demolition, adjusting the topography according to the new scheme, which will seek to benefit from the wonderful city views.

Design: GLR arquitectos – Gilberto L. Rodríguez. Project for a mixed use building located in the exclusive area of Valle Oriente, in Monterrey, Mexico. A two storey commercial block with a single level of speculative office space at the back. On top of the large basement that these two elements represent and their respective underground parking area, are two dark grey towers of monolithic appearance.
