The Downtown Tower-k18B is a “harmonious progression of glass volumes” – an 18-storey tower above a 6-storey podium, connected by a luminous glass-covered galeria, according to the architects.
Design: Uostamiescio projektas. On the top of the building the roof cafe with a terrace was designed offering a view to the Curonian lagoon and the Baltic sea. Over the dolphin living space the sunroof was installed, dropping the maximum amount of light into the pool area.

The library is on the outskirts of Vilnius. A relatively quiet and leafy location of the existing university campus is about to change significantly. In upcoming years, a new agglomeration of education facilities will emerge here.

The Swedbank’s new head office building in Vilnius is located in a fairly recently developed but rapidly growing political, commercial and recreational centre of the Lithuanian capital, which was moved from its historical centre to the right bank of the Neris River.
Design: KLAP, architects. The architectural-plastic idea – cube conceptually gives sense to order, stability, strength, rigour, etc. This form best reflects the specifics of the object and creates an exceptionally suggestive and concentrated image of a law enforcement institution.
