The intervention is essentially a reorganization of interior spaces, limiting interventions on buildings and ensuring optimization of quality and comfort of use. The general principles of circulation of the old building are maintained and adapted to the standards required by the change of destination.

S333 has been announced as finalists in a competition to design a cluster of residential towers in OMA’s masterplan for Bègles, Bordeaux. S333 worked with landscape architect Rémi Salles to transform a 1.5ha industrial site into a new residential neighbourhood with 175 units, recreational areas and local amenities.

The Marcel Sembat High School offers technical education about motors and vehicle mechanics. It demands vast spaces with high ceilings and large surfaces. It’s located in a declining industrial suburb of the port of Rouen, France.

Hoenheim Nord Terminus Strasbourg
