The clients bought a small house on a secluded lakeside lot in La Malbaie. For its first 30 years, the house was used as a hunting lodge, before Anik Péloquin architecte transformed it into a summer home for the Sisters of Charity.

On Canada’s 150th Birthday, the National Arts Centre inaugurates a new building wing. Diamond Schmitt Architects has designed a new wing which switches the entrance to face the city. The NAC now connects directly to Confederation Square and Ottawa’s Parliamentary Precinct.
