Grace Farms, a new center for nature, arts, community, justice and faith, wins 2014/2015 MCHAP. The 80-acre gift of open space includes an 83,000-sqft multi-use building and covered walkways called the River, which the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture studio SANAA designed to blend almost transparently into the surrounding woodlands, wetlands and meadows.
Design: Carver + Schicketanz, architects – The 5,600 sqft Big Sur residence lies between a grove of mature oak trees, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. This sustainable luxurious home provides maximum privacy and premium comfort for its residents.

Design by Nathan Good Architects – The 1.7 acre site is relatively level and within a mile of downtown Portland. The house was positioned on the lot to reduce noise from the Skyline Boulevard, optimize the daylighting, and allow views out to the yard.
Design: KZ Architecture – A large program that would yield a massive home on a limited and restricted site.
