This Aptos Beach remodel was a unique collaboration of ideas from the home owner, Seacliff Construction and Design, and architect Tim Doudna.

Aptos Beach Home Renewal
Every room was evaluated and envisioned as to how the owners would ultimately be using the space.
This led to redesigns of many key features, including an added kitchenette downstairs for the kids and guests, built-in cabinets for the master suite, a sauna, a wine bar, a private entrance patio, and an outdoor shower. Numerous other custom features were designed and constructed to fully enhance the comfort and experience of the home owners and their guests.

Some key architectural features designed by Tim are a tall wood and glass entry, a terraced backyard landscape, and frameless glass railings to allow unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and master suite.

The Oak Pass Main House sits atop a 3.5-acre ridge site with panoramic canyon views. The property’s topography and landscape, which most notably include over 130 protected Coast Live Oak Trees, were the primary drivers for the house’s design.
